Ian and his team did a phenomenal job with this project. This project required communication and collaboration with our sauna builder, an electrician and a plumber. They made sure that the hardscape was done as per everyone’s needs. Very hard workers and professional. They listened to our needs and constructed a beautiful platform for our sauna. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them for future projects.

We are very pleased with the backyard project recently completed by Elemental Hardscapes. Ian heard and understood what we wanted and provided great options for our consideration. The team was organized, well equipped, efficient and friendly. There was great attention to detail in the installation of pavers to make a very attractive entrance to our back yard, a great looking stair to our backdoor, a walkway and a patio. Care was also taken to create a tiny slope that would move water away from the house and towards the backyard. The result looks fantastic and has transformed the back entrance to our home and the appearance of our backyard, exceeding our expectations.

From the first contact with Ian everything went smoothly. We had a large number of uneven bricks plus bumps and dips. Over 4 days Sarah and Connor worked hard, in 31 degree heat, to make the repairs. Some were very challenging Sarah did an amazing job on her big challenge and Connor did a wonderful job of his. We particularly appreciated Ian coming to see the progress on the third day. We have no hesitation in recommending Elemental Hardscapes. They were great to work with.

Excellent workmanship. Cleaned up our pavers we had for our driveway and paths around the house and put down a polymer and sealant for the future. Completed ahead of schedule and cleaned up their work areas as well. Highly recommend this company.

A small extension to our brick patio was designed and installed with great efficiency by Elemental Hardscapes. From the site visit and estimate to the actual work every step was easy for us and undertaken very professionally. The two employees Sarah and Connor worked hard and were a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely recommend Elemental and Ian Robertson for this kind of work. The result looks excellent.

We are so happy with our new patio! From the very first consultation, the Elemental team was detail-oriented and thoughtful. Our challenge was integrating a fresh new look with the existing wall and surrounding features we wanted to keep — and they absolutely nailed it. They came up with a smart, creative plan that honoured what was already there, then executed it with real care and precision. The finished patio blends seamlessly with the old elements, and the craftsmanship is flawless. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a crew that listens, plans well, and delivers exactly what they promise!

We hired Elemental to make revisions to our lawn (change shape, and extend garden) and also to clean up our flagstone path (pressure wash and replace polymer sand). This is the second time we have used this company and I highly recommend them. Very knowledgeable staff and the work was excellent. I'm very pleased with the outcome.
